Ms Kho Hui Ching currently oversees corporate office administration for Imasa Dinasti and its projects including the Kenyalang Smart City Masterplan. This role includes but is not limited to setting up of new offices and corporate banking accounts, formulating internal office policy and procedure and HR management related matters and provide confidential administrative support to senior management.
Hock Lee Centre is the only three-in-one integrated commercial development in Kuiching, Sarawak (Malaysia) consisting of a shopping complex, hotel tower and office block. Sprawling over 100,000ft2 of prime retail space, Hock Lee Centre was a pioneering commercial development for East Malaysia and remains an established and viable hub today. The tower-and-podium development has three main components – a three-and-a-half level podium shopping complex, an 11-storey office block and an 18-storey condominium tower (53 units in all) that takes advance of panoramic views of Kuiching City.
