China Horse Club has a breakout year. Its international racing operations enjoy 19 stakes wins worldwide headlined by six individual G1 winners for the year - equalling its 2018 record for the most number of G1 winners in a year. It also enjoys three million dollar auction results as a breeder; graduates of its breeding programmes win two G1 races and place in a further four G1 races. China Horse Club wins its first Golden Slipper (Stay Inside), first G1 at the Breeders' Cup World Championship (Life Is Good), has its first homebred win at Royal Ascot (Perotto).

Improbable, raced in partnership by China Horse Club and WinStar Farm, is awarded the Eclipse Champion Older Dirt Male (USA) and is recognized as the world's Best Dirt Miler on the Longines IFHA World's Best Racehorse Rankings.

Homestead Success Inc. (HSI) is launched in Chengdu, China and announces a world first 'citizenship by education' product associated with the Pearl of the Caribbean integrated development. HSI is a licensed promoter of Saint Lucia's Citizenship by Investment Programme.

The Alpina Saint Lucia Hotel and Alpina Square meet the criteria to become Approved Projects by CIU Saint Lucia. The hotels are a feature of the Equine Lagoon (Site A) of the Pearl of the Caribbean integrated development.

The first stage of the Pearl of the Caribbean integrated development is launched in Saint Lucia on National Day (13th December 2019). The 'nation building project' is greeted with widespread support locally and internationally. The Pearl of the Caribbean launches with a two day programme that includes the maiden horse racing programme for the Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club (RSLTC). The race meeting on National Day is called the CECF Saint Lucia and its feature race, the Pitons Cup, is the richest race run in the Caribbean in 2019 and attracts participation from owners around the world.

State of Rest makes an imposing return to racing in 2022 when winning France’s €300,000 G1 Prix Ganay for a new expansive ownership group including China Horse Club in whose colours he now races. The future stallion prospect has now won three successive G1 events across three different countries (USA, Australia and France), a unique feat. 

China Horse Club announces itself on the world stage with successes in no less than 12 G1 races in the USA, Australia and New Zealand. The concentration of elite results sees it elevated among the leading owners worldwide and stamps it as the dominant player in the sport with an association to Mainland China. Among the long list of highlights is the emergence of champion racehorse Justify. The handsome colt writes himself into horse racing history when retiring as the first and only undefeated winner of the U.S.

The Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club (RLSTC) is established to create and manage Saint Lucia’s emerging thoroughbred industry. Its first steps include the creation of international standard racing facilities, drafting of Rules of Racing, the importation of an initial horse racing population and the creation of the Winston Trim Training Programme (WTTP) which provides vocational teaching for Saint Lucians intending to work in this new national industry.

At the 2018 Dubai AIM Best Investment Awards, Pearl of the Caribbean is awarded for the region of Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Alpina Mountain Resort is honoured at the 2017 Wellness & Spa Awards for its unique GOURMEDness. The Alpina is the first Swiss hotel to offer GOURMEDness which is awarded by the German Wellness Association. The award follows its accreditation from the internationally regarded Romantik Hotels Family. The Alpina was acquired in 2013.
