The China Horse Club is established with a mission of helping its members go 'racing to the world'. It positions itself as a bespoke solution to Mainland Chinese interested in the sport of horse racing and its associated lifestyle. Palm Deira Master Plan

Palm Deira Masterplan is arguably the most audacious land reclamation project ever to be undertaken. The largest of Dubai's palm trilogy, Palm Deira consists of 23 small islands and has a footprint of 14km (8.4 miles) in length and 8.5km (5.1 miles) in width. The masterplan had to overcome a myriad of challenges to deliver on its brief. Palm Deira was launched in 2004 by Dubai developer Nakheel.

Completion of Putrajaya Federal Administrative Centre

Now defined as an 'intelligent city', it was required to deliver on Malaysia's need for a new centre of governance, religion and power. Overtime, it would help establish Malaysia as an economic and political player internationally and would develop into one of the nation's leading tourism destination.

Miri City Fan is a focal point for locals and tourists. The timeless design of its 26 acre park incorporates three core elements - a civic space, individually themed gardens and a library and cultural centre comprising of museum, library and auditorium. Miri City Fan would be recognized with a First Prize for the Urban Park Category for Malaysia Landscape Day 2001.
